Jernigan Capital, Inc. (NYSE:JCAP) (the “Company”) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.35 per share of common stock for the quarter ending June 30, 2017. The dividend is payable on July 14, 2017 to stockholders of record on July 3, 2017.
